1.  Chakra Visualization
Imagine a time,…thousands of years ago,… maybe 50,000 years ago,… when the energy was just right to spark people into a conscious awareness of the world around them…. They noticed the passage of time…
2.  Rock People Visualization  (from the stillness, with closed eyes, we connect to 2 rocks and allow them to speak to us.)
3. Visualization-Winter Solstice -Receiving a gift from the Goddess from the 2004 ritual
Close your eyes; relax and breathe deeply.  Let your breathing become slow, deep, easy.  Relax and continue breathing deeply and gently as…we enter the time of the greatest dark
4.  A Meditation to Bring You to Your Totality (from Chandra Bindu Tantra Institute)(pdf): "In this meditation you will enter the Energy-less-filled center."
5.  Santa Meditation: This is a pretty long meditation during which you recapture those moments when you were young. You're taken on a journey to see Santa and bask in his warmth and light.
6.  Healing the Earth Meditation:  I had to name this (since it was unnamed).  I really liked the imagery as you rose into space and looked down on Earth.
2004 Winter Solstice Ritual Meditation:  This visualization takes you on a wonderful journey "entering the time of the greatest dark...". As you notice the energy of the dark, the energy increases until a spark is formed which grows into a flame.  The flame then transforms into a present.  You unwrap your gift...what is it?  The beauty of the visualization is increased by songs the facilitators softly sing at intervals throughout the visualization. As the women return to wakefulness, lights are added to the room.  It was very beautiful.
